If you are injured at work, our clinic can help you recover and get back to work safely. Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists are WorkCover NSW approved and registered as workers compensation providers. We have undertaken extra training to work effectively within the WorkCover NSW system, so your rehabilitation is coordinated properly from the start.
The process begins with you notifying your employer about the injury and seeing your GP, who will assess your situation and provide a WorkCover certificate. To start physiotherapy we need a copy of that certificate along with your workers compensation insurance details, including your claim number, your case manager's name, the date the injury occurred and a contact number for your claim manager. With this information we approach the insurer to seek approval to begin treatment, and once the claim is approved we bill the insurance company directly.
